Step-1:
Firstly, go to a browser and type capterra.com and copy the pros and then go to Microsoft Word and paste the pros. After this copy and paste the cons in the same way. You can also see the review and add pros and cons in ms word. If you can't find your needed software in the Capterra then go to trustpilot.com or g2.com or any other website or YouTube and do this job.
Step-2:
Now you will have to use this software for at least a week. Try to use every tool. You can see many videos on YouTube on how to use this software. Note down your experience. Then add or delete pros or cons according to your experience. Some pros or cons you may not experience. In this situation, it's your choice whether you will keep it or not.
Step-3:
This step is not compulsory. But you can try it. Go to spinbot.com in your browser and copy-paste the pros and cons separately. Bring some change in words of pros and cons written in ms word. Don't change the whole sentence. It will make your review bad. Try to make at least 5 pros and 3 cons.

Check your review with Grammarly. Grammarly's free plan will be enough. You will find many mistakes.
