What is Dark Web?
I have said before that the dark web is a type of web that requires a special, secure, and private connection and it can't be indexed by search engines because the IP address of dark web sites is hidden. The dark web can be accessed by some special web browser and configuration. Some popular web browsers for accessing the dark web are Tor, i2p, etc. These web browsers anonymize traffic and keep one's identity hidden. We generally see domain names with .com, .net, .org, .info etc. But on the dark web, the domain names are .onion which is a highly encrypted domain name. One can visit these sites hiding identity. The dark web is commonly known for illegal activities. Some of the illegal sides of the dark web are Dark-net markets, leaks, CP, piracy, etc. Dark-net markets are managed through the dark web. These organizations are called Dark-net because they are managed on the dark web. It mainly works like the black market of illegal products like credit card numbers, hacked software, hacked accounts, hacked credentials, drugs, guns, killers, etc.
